How to return a print book

If you order a book that doesn’t meet your expectations, just send it back within 30 days along with a copy of your invoice:

How to return an eBook

If you order an eBook that doesn’t meet your expectations, just let us know within the 14-day trial period. That's important because VitalSource doesn't let us cancel an order after 14 days.

When we get your cancellation request, we’ll cancel your access to the eBook, credit your account, and post the credit to your credit card or paypal account.
